Remember that Spain has various official languages and this can mean that education in certain areas is not actually taught in Spanish. If you want to make sure that your children are taught in Spanish then check out the local schools' policies before committing to sending your child there. In Valencia some schools teach in Valenciano. In Catalunya, Catalan, in the Basque country, Vasco and in Galicia, Gallego of course.
So make sure you know what language your children will be taught in before deciding on a local school
