I have come across a great finance deal from a bank selling off the last units of a development in Murcia. Now Murcia announced this week that the new huge Paramount theme park will be getting built there over the next few years meaning that up to 20000 jobs are going to be created in the region along with the attendent tourism benefits. These properties have suddenly become even more attractive for investment, living or holiday rentals. Sitting overlooking the Bay Of Mazarron they are excellent deals with 105% finance, 2% interest only mortgage for three years and a whole lot more. Around 300 Euros per month for three years is not a bad deal.
