The story behind this as detailed in my audioboo recording a few days ago. Well today is the auction where the bank will be forced to accept 98000 Euros for this property rather than the 140000 Euros offered the other day. Who will benefit? Not the bank they get 42000 Euros less. Not the debtor. He gets thrown out of his house with his young family within a couple of days or weeks. Not the investor who wanted to let him stay in the house for a period of time to try and sort out his financial situation. No, just the w**ker in the bank who will make a quick buck whilst screwing over his own employer and a poor guy whose business went down the pan.
