Every year we get to this time and I have a revelation. We put the heating on at night a few days ago having acclimatized long ago to the Spanish weather it now felt cold in the house at night. However it wasn’t.
I was looking at the temperatures and it was actually 12 degrees that night outside which compared well with Liverpool where my daughter is at the moment where the temperatures reached 11 degrees during the day but it didn’t feel that way because there were storms with wind so strong that she had to get a taxi back for the five minutes walk to her flat from the town because she couldn’t walk against the wind.
