A quick story about the game of life. Oh come on at least let me share some of the fun I have talking to sellers at times. There is a serious point here though. You don't always get the best offers on property because of the unrealistic expectations of the sellers. Of course not all sellers are like that, the vast majority are totally reasonable people who realise that the market is the market and if you overprice your property in the current market, or any market really, then you won't sell. Properties that are overpriced don't get onto my website.
