How do you Segment the Spanish Property Market?

I placed this article I wrote some months ago onto the Valencia Property Facebook Page as it needs pointing out. Lazy journalism lumps all of the Spanish Property market together. That is not necessarily the case as there are huge variations in the market at all levels because the variables of each property are different. One thing that you have to bear in mind though is that, a metre is a metre is a metre at the end of the day! Space is a good place to start when looking at and comparing prices.
