Incompetence is a given.
Bad customer service, at least here in Spain, is another.
Treating people like cr*p after receiving huge government bail outs in most countries should be enough.
However total illegality is not usually the banks' thing. They like hidden illegality. Citibank through its citifinancial arm has decided that it would actually like total illegality much more.
