Here is a very interesting proposition. A house divided in two with four bedrooms upstairs and two below, an outhouse with kitchen and sitting room, decent sized plot, good views, on an established estate but needing a little tlc... The owner is asking 228000 Euros but is willing to negotiate in order to sell. Could be a very nice little earner for someone with ideas of a well promoted rental or B+B or a good sized place for the extended family.
It has also got a Sideshow Bob shaped palm tree!

We have got a large house with its own bullring for sale! It is a really interesting place with permits discussed with the town hall for hotel, restaurant or equestrian centre but we all know what is going to happen. There are 11000m2 of urban land and 1000m2 of rustic. That urban land can be divided into 800m2 plots and houses built. It is such a shame because it would be great for someone to make their own business there. Look at the pictures. The owner asked for 780000 Euros, brought it down to 710000 and stated that she is willing to negotiate so get in with your offer and make yourself a small fortune as a hotelier or in the Spanish Property game!
NB The large bull's head on the living room wall.

Another busy week last week for bringing properties in. Here we have a selection of photos of things ranging from the sublime to the "ohmygawd they really need to do this place up." Most prices here are in the cheaper bracket and range from 138000 Euros up to 250000 Euros but the top picture is of a place at 360000 Euros. Have a look and see what you think.
We are getting more and more calls from people looking at Valencia to settle down and work rather than settle down and do nothing. We always try to help as much as we can with advice on what you can do in the area but it helps if you have a solid idea of what you are able to do rather than coming with the idea of spending a couple of years learning Spanish and then we will see. Remember the competition here is fierce from the Spanish and also the immigrants from the east of Europe who will do the job a lot cheaper in general. However anybody with a decent business idea will see that there are immense possibilities in the area as you have a potential market of a couple of million people right on your doorstep.
