Spanish Government Cuts VAT on New Build Property | Houses for Sale in Spain

The Spanish Government has decided to cut VAT on new build Spanish property. The measure cuts VAT in half from 8% to 4% until the end of the year. It is not applied to resale property where the tax rates remain at 7%. What do you think of the tax rate reduction? In this article I state what I think of the change.
