This is 40% BMV compared with the local market as the owner needs money now. (I only have outside photos at the moment but I am assured it is very well kept inside and you can see it here) The only downside is that it has a sitting tenant with lifetime usage of the property. It may be possible to buy her out of this right for a price as she is 85. Meanwhile the house itself is 128m2 with three bedrooms, a couple of bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and covered and open terraces. The plot of almost 1000m2 is spacious and it is set in an excellent area of Javea, Portichell, near to all the local amenities.
